It was just a fine choice for a rapid stop in Kenner with best value for money ratio. The carpet was disgusting and had not been cleaned properly. Avoid smoking areas if possible.

I appreciated the clean lobby and accessible elevators, making my stay comfortable and stress-free as a senior. The vibrant colors throughout added a welcoming touch which enhanced the overall atmosphere of the hotel.

Could use some fixes

The room had a super thin blanket and no extras, so staying warm was tricky. The heater was super loud, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. The bathroom door didn't shut right either. The breakfast was a total mess. the orange juice was basically colored water and the dining area was messy. A bit more attention to details would go a long way.

The ground floor room felt unsafe due to single glazing and curtains that didn’t provide adequate privacy. Leaving was a relief after planning for just a few hours of sleep after a late flight.

The airport shuttle conveniently operates right from the hotel, making it easy to catch flights. Decent proximity to the airport meant quick access, which is a plus when in a travel-heavy area.

Upon entering the room, an unpleasant odor lingered, which took some adjusting. The cleanliness left much to be desired. the sheets weren't fresh, with stains that clearly showed they hadn’t been changed, causing discomfort during the stay. Additionally, remnants from previous guests, including wrappers, made the floor feel neglected. Overall, the outdated interior and worn carpets didn’t inspire confidence about hygiene, making for an uneasy environment.

I had a decent stay. the clean, comfortable rooms and a great pool made it enjoyable, but the breakfast could use some work.

Convenient location directly across the street from the airport. Free shuttle service provides easy transport, and the complimentary breakfast is a nice touch to start the day.

The shuttle service can be agonizingly slow. waiting an hour for pickup is far from ideal. I also encountered a major issue when trying to cancel a reservation, resulting in an unexpected charge, highlighting a frustrating bureaucratic oversight. The lobby and rooms are showing their age, so if modern decor is your jam, you might want to look elsewhere.

Great spot for a group trip! We explored the National WWII Museum and had fun at the Joy Theater. The pool was large and clean, perfect for lounging. Don't miss the hotel shuttle for getting around. Breakfast wasn't the best, but there's an IHOP next door. Highly recommend it for friends!

Had an issue with check-in. the front desk gave someone else my room key. It took quite a bit to resolve, but overall it didn’t ruin my trip.

We had a fantastic time visiting the National WWII Museum, a must-see for everyone! The spacious King Suite was perfect for our big family, allowing us to relax and enjoy our time together after a long day exploring.

In my wife’s opinion, the pool could have been larger for the kids to play. A splash pad would make it great for families.
